TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using HuntAJob ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

HuntAJob provides a platform for job seekers to discover tech roles and for employers to post job listings. The Service is intended for lawful, good-faith use.

You may not use the Service to post fraudulent or misleading job listings, scrape or systematically download content without permission, impersonate another person or organisation, violate any applicable law or regulation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@huntajob.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or remain inactive for more than 24 months.

Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings. Listings must describe a genuine, available role. Listings that are discriminatory, fraudulent, or in violation of employment law will be removed without refund.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any listing at our discretion. Employers whose listings are consistently removed may have their accounts suspended.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - no prorated refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry three times before downgrading your account to the Free plan.

HuntAJob and its logos, product names, and designs are trademarks of HuntAJob Inc. You may not use them without prior written permission.

Job listing content submitted by employers remains their property. By submitting a listing, you grant HuntAJob a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute the listing through the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing, nor do we endorse any employer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntAJob Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
